Maple^TM

It started, as these things do, in a quiet suburb. A neighbour's doorbell camera. A song called "lego" - propelling an unsuspecting teenage girl into the global spotlight, amassing over 60 million views and millions of likes. The riff-heavy follow-up, "chorus," took Maple offline and onto stages with global heavyweights including Tool and Weezer.

Metal Toy Corporation saw the hysteria and packaged Maple into something marketable. They put her in her box. Maple^TM dolls were meant to be the Corporation's biggest seller - before prices, and faces, were slashed.

In Child's Play, Maple's Pet Dinosaur delivers her debut EP: a collision of heavy '90s alt-metal riffs, soaring emotive vocals, serrated wordplay and a warped VHS-horror aesthetic - peeling back the plastic to reveal something raw, real and raucous.
